HELLO, my name is Brandon and I have trained people looking to lose body fat and tone up by putting them through a specific regimen that has helped them lose up 30 pounds in less than a year. I am fully certified by NESTA with experience in, dance, gymnastics, and acupressure massage therapy.
MY MISSION: As a fitness professional I am not here to help you create muscles, strength, looks or even confidence. I am here to help you create a better way of life through good habits. So when I train you I am not only training you for a quick fix, but addressing the issue of health as a whole and that includes lifestyle changes in mind, body, and spirit. I do not provide band aids, but real life solutions for well being to live a life full of energy, vitality, happiness and self love through growth.

As a personal trainer I specialize in helping and motivating busy individuals that have money to enjoy a social life and want to look better in a swimsuit or have a goal to run an obstacle course race to tone their bodies by helping them lose anywhere from 5-15% body fat in less than a year. I do this by utilizing functional exercises that incorporate bodyweight movements and lightweight high reps workouts that are less prone to injury. I focus on fitness through the five pillars which include strength, agility, balance, flexibility and stamina. I understand that people have a life and do enjoy the occasional burger or happy hour beer in social gatherings. So I make my workout regimen convenient by offering healthier effective suggestions so that you do not have to give any of those things up. Let me help you live the healthy life that you want.
You can expect a one hour session with my attention fully on you. I will take you through a specific warm up catered to your fitness level to get your body loosened up for the vigorous exercise regimen that will guarantee to get you sweating. I waste no time and guide you through a number of different exercises that are specific to your goals. I focus a lot on cutting down body fat and toning by utilizing High Intensity Interval Training with and without weights that gets your heart pumping. I will carefully guide you through each workout so you will know proper technique as to prevent injury and to learn how to do the workouts with proper form so you can do them safely when I am not there. The goal is education. After each workout we will go through a stretch that will cool down the body that allows the muscles to stay long and relaxed after a hard session.
